Rocktech hydro cyclone series is a combination of mainly hydro cyclone and dewatering unit. This machine is driven by foot mounted electric motor connected to a slurry pump via belt and pulley, which pumps slurry mixture from tub to hydro cyclone. The pump is connected to hydro cyclone by discharge spool via rubber hose which is highly wear resistance combined with flexibility and vibration reductions.

The cyclone entrance is designed in such a way to allow the incoming feed to help generate and not interfere with the spiral path that the ore must take inside the cyclone. The centrifugal force that is generated by this spin, forces the bigger particles outwards towards the wall of the cyclone. as such that the ground rock will become finer the closer that you get to the center of the cyclone. Coarse particles is discharged to dewatering screen through underflow of hydro cyclone via input chute. The washed sand output delivered to the dewatering unit from where final product of sand reaches the output chute.
